Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman says they’ve defied the odds to be right in the LaLiga title battle.
Barca can go top tomorrow night should they defeat Granada.
Koeman said, “Our trajectory in the last 17 games, almost half of the championship, has been 15 wins, that’s something impressive.
“And it had to be like that, otherwise you cannot achieve what we have achieved by trying to fight for the championship, you also need the others not to win, but the team has taken the reins, they have been better, the team is confident, the effectiveness has improved… if the team is well we are capable of doing the maximum and achieving the maximum.
“This game is important like any game. We have already had a time of high pressure, that we cannot fail because we need the points as we need them tomorrow. It is not more important than the last games we have played or the ones we have left.”
