Barcelona midfielder Pedri made his debut for Spain on Thursday night.
Pedri, 18, was happy to play for the first time for Spain but disappointed it was in a 1-1 draw with Greece.
“I would have liked to have made my debut in another way, but it’s a dream I’ve had since I was a kid,” he said.
“I’m happy about that but not about the draw. There wasn’t much space in the middle for me, I could not turn, we lacked fluidity in our play.
“(Bryan Gil) did more damage, I am very happy for him.
“With a bit more rhythm it might have gone better, we didn’t know how to break them down. We have to forget about this game now and go for wins in the other two.”
