Arsenal are eyeing a replacement for want-away right back Hector Bellerin in the summer.
Bellerin could leave for Paris Saint-Germain or Barcelona in the summer, and the 26-year-old would leave a hole in the Gunners team.
And Mundo Deportivo claims Arsenal will go for Real Betis youngster Emerson Royal, who is a Barcelona player on loan with Betis.
The issues with his ownership may complicate the deal, as Barca still have to pay Betis to complete the transfer.
It is unclear if they would want to part with Royal so soon after securing him.
Reports also suggest new Barcelona president Joan Laporte is a fan of Royal, which means Arsenal may have already missed out on a key target to replace Bellerin.
