Barcelona presidential candidate Joan Laporta remains keen on Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Barca’s Champions League defeat to PSG this week has heaped more pressure on coach Ronald Koeman, with Okdiario reporting all three candidates, Laporta, Toni Freixa and Victor Font, now prepared to replace him with their own man once the election is decided.
And while Al Sadd coach Xavi is regarded highly by all three candidates, for favourite Laporta his priority is Klopp.
The Liverpool manager has insisted he is determined to turn things around at Anfield, though is under growing pressure as the defending champions sit sixth on the Premier League table.
