Both sets of players have made their way onto the pitch at the Amex Stadium and kick-off is now just a few moments away.
Liverpool have won each of their last nine meetings with Brighton and Hove Albion in all competitions, netting 27 goals in the process and conceding just seven.
Minamino makes his first Premier League start of the season for Liverpool in one of six changes made by Klopp. Phillips, Fabinho and Robertson are brought into a makeshift back four, while Jota and Firmino are restored in attack as Klopp seemingly goes with a 4-2-3-1. Joel Matip misses out through injury and Henderson is only fit enough for a place on the bench.
Brighton show two changes from their win at Villa Park, with Tariq Lamptey missing out through suspension and former Liverpool midfielder Lallana dropping to the bench. Veltman takes over at right wing-back, while Connolly slots into attacking midfield, just off Maupay and Welbeck, the latter of whom scored his first goal for the club last week.

Liverpool have regained their title-winning form of last season since suffering a shock 7-2 loss to Aston Villa in early October, going five games without defeat since then. Jurgen Klopp’s men beat Leicester City 3-0 last time out in the league, though they did fall to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Atalanta in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Brighton ended a six-game winless run with a 2-1 victory away to Aston Villa last weekend and enter this game 16th, five points off the relegation zone. Albion are today seeking a first top-flight home victory against Liverpool for the first time ever at the eighth attempt.
