In-form Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has earned a first senior England call-up, along with Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka, but Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood miss out after being dropped from Gareth Southgate’s last squad for breaching coronavirus protocols.
