Arturo Vidal is demanding a golden handshake from Barcelona before signing with Inter Milan.
Gazzetta dello Sport says a deal for Vidal to move to Inter has now been agreed, where he will be reunited with his former Juventus coach Antonio Conte. However, the ‘white smoke’ is yet to appear.
Vidal, before signing with Inter, is demanding a massive €5.4m from Barca before departing. The Chile international wants €2.4m in bonuses his legal team are arguing he is owed and also €3m as part of a payoff from the remainder of his contract.
For their part, Barca have requested Inter assist in the payoff, which for now they’re reluctant to do.
