Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu insists they’re planning for coach Quique Setien to be in charge next season.
Setien is under pressure with Real Madrid now clear at the top of the LaLiga table.
But Bartomeu told TV3: “Quique Setién will lead the team in the Champions League and in these last two La Liga games. We had a very atypical season, we will play in August and he will be the coach.
“If we beat Napoli, we will be in Lisbon. The will is to complete the contracts and Setién has one. We went to his place to talk about the future, planning for the next season. He will probably be there and I am very interested to know what he thinks of it. He relies heavily on Riqui Puig and Ansu Fati.
“We saw Pedri and (Francisco) Trincao in good shape, there is hope.”
