Former Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari is confident Arthur Melo can be a big hit with Juventus.
The Barcelona midfielder passed a medical and agreed terms with Juve in Turin on Sunday as part of a swap which will see Miralem Pjanic go in the opposite direction.
Scolari told Gazzetta dello Sport: “He can take the Italian tactical exam.
“His ideal role is that of the second midfielder who distributes the game because he is not a traditional director. I am sure he will do very well, trying with Italian football, given his expectations, is the best option.
“(Maurizio) Sarri is a world-class coach: Arthur finds in him the perfect coach to express himself. It will be a great marriage.”
