Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font has further expanded on his plans for the club should he win the election.
Font is arguing Barca need a change of direction when it comes to financial management.
“We are quite clear that if there is no project similar to ours, we run the risk of becoming a new Milan, a club with many titles that no longer competes, or we put the ownership model at risk,” Font said.
“Today the final decision rests with the managers, who are still passionate partners who basically have five years of seniority and money to guarantee.
“We are looking for profiles of directors with real experience to lead the club. People who come from the world of sports, people who come from the world of business, technology, audiovisual content, e-commerce, where a club like Barça it must generate resources, and people with weight in the institutional area.”
