Mundo Deportivo says Barca sports chief Eric Abidal has sounded out Schalke about Harit’s situation.
S04 are eager to do business – though Abidal is unhappy with their initial proposal.
Schalke want to sign permanently on-loan Barca defender Jean-Clair Todibo in exchange for Harit.
But Abidal has ruled out such an arrangement and would prefer to negotiate for Harit independently of Todibo’s situation.
