The report that United want Semedo comes from Sport in Spain, a paper with close ties to Barcelona.
They claim that the Portugal international is also wanted by Manchester City if Joao Cancelo moves on this summer.
Semedo is not someone Barca want to sell, but they would not mind moving him on if they got a big money offer.
