Arsenal are locked in a battle with Barcelona to sign Layvin Kurzawa in the summer.
The veteran Paris Saint-Germain star should be available on a free transfer this summer.
The 27-year-old has not played much this season, and Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta wants to bring him to North London, according toSport.
But Barcelona also want him as backup to Jordi Alba.
They want him to replace Junior Firpo, who has not impressed since arriving from Real Betis last summer.
Kurzawa has won three Ligue 1 titles and played 123 games for PSG.
