Manchester City have jumped into the battle for Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz.
Corriere dello Sport says City boss Pep Guardiola has expressed interest in the 23-year-old midfielder.
City view Ruiz as a long-term successor to David Silva, who is expected to leave after 10 successful seasons at the Etihad Stadium.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are also looking to secure Ruiz’s services, that are valued at £91million.
New contract talks with Napoli have been put on-hold since before the coronavirus suspension.
