Barcelona management aren’t ruling out buying Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez AND PSG star Neymar this summer.
Mundo Deportivo says with Neymar now rated at €150m by PSG and Lautaro’s buyout clause set at €111m, the idea of splashing out €261m for the pair has been discussed by the board.
Barca are in the process of working through several potential fringe player sales as they seek to add to their summer transfer budget – and there is a confidence enough cash will be raised to sign both South American stars.
However, even with the money available, Barca would have to move on two non-EU players to make room for Lautaro and Neymar.
But talks are underway for such a plan, with midfield pair Arturo Vidal (Chile) and Arthur Melo (Brazil) both potentially joining those to be transfer-listed at the end of this elongated season.
