Dinamo Zagreb wing-back Dani Olmo has lifted the lid on his chat with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
City beat Zagreb 2-0 in their Champions League Group C clash on Tuesday night thanks to second-half goals from substitutes Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden.
The attacking midfielder is well known to Guardiola, having joined Zagreb in a surprise move from Barcelona in 2014, two years after the now City manager had left Camp Nou.
Interviewed by Viasport, Olmo wasn’t giving much away about his conversation with former Barca boss Guardiola, but said: “We spoke about how I am in Zagreb and in the club and nothing else really.
“He wished me luck for all the games.”
