Ex-Western Sydney Wanderers midfielder Roly Bonevacia has left the A-League to sign with Saudi Arabian club Al Faisaly.
The Covert Agent can reveal the 27-year-old has signed a deal in the Middle Eastern country – with the length of contract currently unknown.
Bonevacia was linked heavily with a move to Premiers Perth Glory, but the deal fell through for financial reasons after the West Australian club captured Uruguayan hitman Bruno Fornaroli.
After joining the A-League via Wellington Phoenix in 2014, the Curacao midfielder played three seasons at the Kiwi club before moving to Wanderers for the past two campaigns.
Bonevacia enjoyed his most productive A-League season most recently under Markus Babbel, scoring seven goals and making seven assists in 23 league matches.
Al Faisaly are currently sixth in the Saudi Pro League – 21 points behind leaders Al Nassr.
