The President of Atletico Madrid claims Cristiano Ronaldo has won only three UEFA Champions League titles and not five in response to his gesture at the LaLiga club’s fans this week.
In response to the insulting chants aimed at him by Atlético fans at the Wanda Metropolitano on Wednesday, the Juventus record signing held up five fingers to signify the five titles he won in his career.

“I have five Champions Leagues, and these guys (Atlético) zero,” he stated, leaving no doubts as to what his gesture signified.
But in response to the Portuguese star’s actions, Atlético president Enrique Cerezo claimed that Ronaldo has not won five Champions League, but rather three.

“For me, Cristiano doesn’t have five Champions Leagues,” he told Radio CRC, as quoted by AS.
“He has three and for one very simple reason: Both against Atlético Madrid he didn’t win. Who won them? That, we’ll talk about in the next interview.”
Atleti hold a 2-0 advantage going into the second-leg round of 16 tie at the Juventus Stadium.
