TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Report
The Montreal Impact are reportedly looking to add to their attacking ranks after selling Alejandro Silva for a club record fee.
According to Benjamin Quarez of Goal, the Impact are interested in acquiring French striker Yaya Sanogo from Ligue 1 side FC Toulouse. Remi Garde denied the rumor, though, speaking with Nicolas Martineau of TVA.

#IMFC

Sanogo, 25, has scored nine goals in 39 appearances with Toulouse since joining in 2017. Last season, he scored six goals in 27 league appearances. He has yet to score in five appearances this season.
In 2013 the striker signed with Arsenal as a highly rated young player who was prolific across French youth national team levels. He didn’t quite stick with the London giants, scoring just once in 20 appearances for the club amid multiple loan moves.
