Twenty-five Juventus under-15 players have been banned for one game after posting a video of that showed them insulting Napoli following a win over their rivals.
The Juventus youngsters beat Napoli 3-0 to reach the final for the Scudetto in their age group in June.
One player posted a video on Instagram of them chanting: “We have one dream, that Napoli will use some soap” in the dressing room after the match.
Disciplinary proceedings were opened and Juventus tweeted that they would take their own action, offering to forfeit the final which they ended up losing to Inter Milan.
The Federal Tribunal has ruled that all 25 members of the Juve squad for the Napoli fixture must be banned for a game for “having made a seriously offensive chant against their opponents, their fans and the city of Naples.”
They will miss Juve’s next fixture against Carpi, for which only a handful of players will be available. Some may have to be brought in from the U14s for the game to be played.
Juve had to play their Serie A fixture against Genoa in October with part of the Curva Sud at the Allianz Stadium closed after fans made discriminatory chants during a league game against Napoli.
