Milan await with confidence the ruling by the UEFA, which will have to communicate to the Rossoneri the penalty for failure to comply with the Financial Fair Play in the 2014-2017 triennial: according to the latest rumors from Nyon, the sentence should come shortly and the penalty should be proportionate.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the penalty could be very similar to that assigned to Inter three and a half years ago: as happened for the Nerazzurri, the penalty should in fact be paid in two tranches and discounted, if in the meantime the club’s accounts will improve until they are within the parameters set by the Fair Play. In short, a sum will be decided, and the trend of the turnover will be monitored, to decide whether or not to collect the pending part: in this case the penalty would be proportionate, otherwise, if it is considered too heavy, Milan don’t rule out a new appeal to the Tas of Lausanne.
