Clubs: Players of the Month for October

Check out the list of players voted by clubs as their Player of the Month for October in Ligue 1 Conforama.

The fans have voted for their clubs’ Player of the Month in Ligue 1 Conforama and the big surprise was at FC Nantes, where Abdoulaye Touré got the nod ahead of UNFP Player of the Month for October Emiliano Sala, who bagged seven goals in four matches. In October, the 24-year-old Guinean midfielder notably scored his first Ligue 1 Conforama goal in a year in the match against Guingamp, as he was a started in in all four matches of his side’s recent winning streak.

No mercy

At LOSC, Jonathan Bamba succeeded Nicolas Pépé as the club’s Player of the Month, having started the month very strongly with two goals and an assist against former club AS Saint-Etienne.

Meanwhile Andy Delort, who scored five goals in five successive matches – three of which came in October – won the accolades and votes of the Montpellier HSC fans. The striker took part in three wins, one draw and the club’s sole defeat last month.
