It’s the matchup fans across the continent have been craving to see: the MLS champion going head-to-head against the Liga MX champion from Mexico.
It’s happening on Wednesday: the inaugural Campeones Cup (live coverage at 8 pm ET on Univision, UDN; 8:30 pm ET on ESPN2, TSN and TVA Sports)
MLSsoccer.com will be at BMO Field in Toronto with all the pregame and postgame coverage from the highly anticipated rematch between 2017 MLS Cup champs Toronto FC and 2017 Liga MX Apertura champions Tigres UANL. The two teams previously faced off in an epic CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal series in March that saw Toronto FC prevail.
MLS personalities Susannah Collins, Andrew Wiebe and Bobby Warshaw will first get you set up for the Campeones Cup match with a live pregame show from Toronto beginning at 8 pm ET (watch on MLSsoccer.com, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube).
The trio will be back following the match at 11 pm ET with a postgame show featuring reactions, celebrations and interviews from BMO Field.
