Georgia, Luxembourg and Macedonia all lead their groups having won both of their games, while Gibraltar and San Marino, unsurprisingly, both sit at the foot of their respective group tables along with Kazakhstan and Malta. Despite their dismal starts to the new tournament, they may take succour in the fact that they cannot sink any further. Quite literally, there is no relegation from League D.
