Roma have not made any progress so far in a bid to sign Tottenham Hotspur target Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon.
Ndombele has a number of admirers, who noted his fine displays for Les Gones as they finished third in Ligue 1 last season.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is a fan and Spurs have been linked with a bid, while Roma are keen to take Ndombele to Italy.
But, according to Italian outlet La Roma 24, there has not been progress on the Ndombele front as Lyon simply do not want to sell the midfielder.
As such it would take a monster offer to cause Lyon to rethink.
Ndombele, 21, is considered a key man by Lyon and they have set their face against losing him this summer.
He made a whopping 50 appearances across all competitions for Lyon last season, providing eight assists for his team-mates from his midfield spot.
Lyon have Ndombele under contract until the summer of 2020.
