World Cup semi-finals: a triumph for Europe’s clubs – UEFA Champions League – News

All four of the teams in the FIFA World Cup semi-finals are European, and only three of the 91 players* left in the running do not play for UEFA-affiliated club sides.

Indeed, 55 of the 91 look set to feature in the upcoming UEFA Champions League season, with their clubs already confirmed in the group stage. UEFA.com celebrates the European stars who are sparkling in Russia.
