Yesterday’s UEFA ruling on Financial Fair Play will NOT have an adverse affect on negotiations between Inter and Roma over midfielder Radja Nainggolan as per a report from Premium Sport.
Inter and Roma have been in talks over the Belgian for the past few weeks and this news will come as a relief to both sides. Inter are looking to add Nainggolan to their ranks to firm up their midfield ahead of competing on three fronts next year while Roma are relying on the sale of the former Cagliari man to help them with balancing their books for the 2017/18 financial year.
Negotiations between the two are to continue with a price still to be agreed upon. Reports from other news outlets have suggested Roma are looking for between €30-40 million for the 30-year-old, who has been with the capital club since 2014, while Inter are willing to offer €25 million plus a Primavera player in return.
