With an intriguing Ligue 1 season set to draw to a close, we look at the players we believe could make an impact on the final round of games.
Anthony Lopes, Lyon – 63 points
Lopes has had a strong season over the 2017/18 campaign and he will be disappointed to have conceded three last time out.
The French-born Portuguese keeper will be hoping to add to a haul of 14 clean sheets across the campaign as his side target second place.
Kamil Glik, Monaco – 60 points
Glik has secured an impressive 13 clean sheets this season for a Monaco side that have not quite lived up to the heights of last season.
The Polish centre back has been a stalwart of the Monaco team since his arrival at the club and will be hopeful of some points against 19th placed Troyes.
Thiago Silva, PSG – 59 points
The Brazilian may be 33 years old now but he shows little sign of letting up.
With 13 clean sheets to his name, Silva will firmly believe that he can still make a difference for the French club.
Lucas Lima, Nantes – 46 points
The pacey left back has been a revelation under the guidance of Claudio Ranieri and he will likely be sad to see him go.
His three assists and one goal have helped him onto an impressive 46 points this season and his attacking output as been an impressive element of a mixed season.
Thomas Meunier, PSG – 70 points
Meunier could potentially outscore team mate and starlet Kylian Mbappe come the final whistle of this weekend’s action, a fine indicator of just how good his season has been.
The Belgian has had a good campaign for the champions and will be eagerly awaiting his next opportunity to impress – in front of new manager Thomas Tuchel.
Nabil Fekir, Lyon – 94 points
With his side suffering a surprise loss to Strasbourg in their last game, his side will be eager to bounce back in their final game of the season.
Fekir may not be at the club come next season, if some reports are to be believed, adding to his record of 18 goals would be a fine way to say goodbye to the team.
Malcom, Bordeaux – 68 points
One man that is certain to be leaving his current team is Malcom, who has made his desire to seek a new challenge abundantly clear.
In an up-and-down campaign, the Brazilian has been an eternal bright spark for the club and he will be eager to say goodbye with aplomb – adding to his 11 goals and six assists would be a fine way of doing so.
Florian Thauvin, Marseille – 130 points
The Frenchman will be hurt by their loss to Atletico in the Europa League final but knows there’s plenty of pride to play for on Saturday.
With Marseille host Amiens and it will likely be confident of finishing the year with a bang.
Benjamin Bourigeaud, Rennes – 71 points
Coming off the back of a stunning 2-0 win over PSG, the Frenchman would have hardly believed how well this season could have gone on match day one.
He will be eagerly hoping that he can end the campaign with the bang that it rightfully deserves.
Memphis Depay, Lyon – 90 points
A man rejuvenated since moving to France, Depay has now scored 16 and assisted a further 13 this season – putting him on an output level that suggests his time in England was an outlier.
His record speaks for itself and he’ll be another player primed to give hit-and-miss Nice something to think about this weekend.
Kylian Mbappe, PSG – 66 points
It’s been a so-so season for the ‘on loan’ youth sensation but he will be certain to build on it come 2018/19.
With his side succumbing to a surprise defeat in the last round, he’ll be eager to end the season with a win and to build upon his 13 goals as he prepares to jet off to Russia.
