Transfer news: Brighton & Wolves in battle to sign PSG youngster Moussa Sissako

Brighton have been joined in the hunt for Paris Saint-Germain youngster Moussa Sissako by Premier League new boys Wolves, Goal understands.

The 17-year-old is a highly rated talent at Parc des Princes and is fast approaching an important career crossroads.

His ongoing presence is desired by the Ligue 1 champions, with PSG eager to retain the services of an academy graduate.

Professional terms have been put to Sissako in the French capital, but no paperwork has been signed.

That is because the situation is being complicated by interest from England.

Brighton, fresh from preserving their Premier League status, are starting to piece together their summer recruitment plans and consider Sissako to be a useful addition for the present and future.
