LIVERPOOL are the latest side to join the race to nab Bordeaux’s highly-rated winger Malcom in the summer.
The Brazilian youth international has attracted the interest from Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham, and looks set to leave the Ligue 1 club at the end of the season.
According to the Daily Mail, Jurgen Klopp has identified Malcom as a key target as the German looks to bolster his attack.
While they also state that Borussia Dortmund ace Christian Pulisic and Bayer Leverkusen star Leon Bailey are both on the Reds’ shortlist.
Malcom, 21, was linked with a move to the Premier League in the winter transfer window, with Spurs understood to be winning the race to sign him.
But they balked at Bordeaux’s £40million asking price, with the Lilywhites only prepared to cough up £25m for the former Corinthians forward.
The French club are set to receive a huge profit on the left-footed maestro, having signed him for just £4m from the Brazilian outfit in 2016.
Malcom has been a standout player for Bordeaux this campaign, netting ten times and chalking up seven assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.

And Liverpool could step up their interest in Malcom after their hopes of landing Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir were dealt a major blow.
Reports linked the 24-year-old with a £63m switch to Anfield, but his father has rubbished reports he would be making the move to Merseyside.
