Daniele Rugani to Arsenal

Juventus centre-back Rugani is a target for Arsenal according to his agent, Davide Torchia. “They expressed a liking for him, but we have respect for Juventus,” said the Italian. Arsenal will be looking to bolster a backline which has looked frail this season and the 23-year-old could be a good long-term option.

Jerome Boateng to Man Utd

Jose Mourinho is also seeking more security at the back, and Manchester United’s links with Bayern Munich’s Boateng have gained extra traction thanks to comments from the player. “I’ve experienced everything at FC Bayern, and I am slowly coming to a point where I must answer myself certain questions, [such as] what are the goals I have not reached yet?” he told Socrates Magazine.

Max Meyer to Paris Saint-Germain

Schalke’s Meyer had been linked with Arsenal in recent weeks, but PSG have now emerged as the new favourites to sign the 22-year-old. Le Parisien report that the central midfielder is on the club’s list of targets, and as he is available on a free transfer he will help the Ligue 1 side avoid financial fair play problems which have troubled them in recent times.

John Stones to Real Madrid

Real Madrid’s poor performance in La Liga this season will see them overhaul their squad in the summer and, according to the Manchester Evening News, a number of Manchester City players are on their radar. One of these is John Stones. The Englishman has moved down the pecking order at the Etihad since returning from injury, but Guardiola would still be reluctant to let him go.

Paul Pogba to Juventus

The Turin club want to bring Pogba back to Serie A and the Juventus Stadium, according to Tuttosport. Pogba has been linked with a move away from Manchester United after his agent gauged the interest in the midfielder from other clubs, including Manchester City, in January. The 25-year-old spent four years with the Italian side after leaving United as a youth, but they could struggle to meet his wage demands this time around.
