Barcelona defender Inigo Martinez insists they can win the Champions League this season.
Martinez arrived in the summer from Athletic Bilbao.
He said, “Really, I can’t tell you much about the Champions League because it’s still not being talked about inside. We are only competing for the League and we focus on those games.
“When the Champions League arrives, the coach will tell us what he has to tell us.
“Competing in the Champions League and even winning it should be our goal. Despite there being a lot of change and a lot of young people. We know that winning it is very complicated, but we have a team for that and much more, so we will go for it.
“I think there is squad to fight for everything, there are no excuses in that sense. We are willing to give everything because what we really want is to win as many titles as possible.”
