Prospective Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is already getting involved in the club’s transfer planning.
The Blues have spent record sums on players since the takeover by co-owner Todd Boehly.
However, they are not stopping, as they are being linked with a host of top names for a summer move.
Per Sport in Spain, Pochettino would be ready to approve the potential arrival of Barcelona midfielder Gavi.
The central midfielder is the young crown jewel of Barca, but there are issues surrounding the legality of a contract extension he signed recently.
If Gavi is someone that Barca cannot register, then he may be available on a free, in which case Chelsea will swoop in to secure his signature.
