Manchester United and Arsenal are staying in contact with the entourage of Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele.
The World Cup winner is recovering from season-ending hamstring surgery.
Sport says United and the Gunners are carrying out injury checks on Dembele ahead of a possible move.
Both Arsenal and United are considering moves for the winger, but that they want to carry out checks before firming up their interest.
Dembele has been limited to only 74 outings since joining Barcelona in a £112.5m deal from Borussia Dortmund three seasons ago with the Catalan club reportedly keen to get rid of him this summer.
