Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde wants to build on their midweek win over Inter when they return to domestic action against Sevilla on Sunday.
Valverde has called on his players to put together a good run of form.
“At Barcelona you can be at rock bottom on Monday and in heaven on Friday,” Valverde said of the ups and downs in the mood around the club at his pre-match press conference.
“And also the other way round.
“We’re fine, we have had a good run and we want to do well against Sevilla.”
Focusing on the game at the Camp Nou, Valverde is expecting as difficult a challenge as ever.
“It’s always intense against Sevilla,” he explained.
“They’ve started well away from home, winning all three of their games.
“They look good and convincing and played well in the game they lost against Real Madrid.”
