Tottenham are launching a bid for Barcelona winger Raphinha.
The Brazil international is in second season at Barca after his arrival from Leeds United.
But Barca, given their financial concerns, are willing to sacrifice Raphinha this summer.
Sport says Spurs are already in contact with Barca with an opening proposal of €70m.
Tottenham have also raised the prospect of a double signing including Barca midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
