Former Barcelona president Joan Gaspart admits he’s no fan of Real Madrid.
Indeed, he says he’d happily see Real Madrid relegated if ever given the chance.
Gaspart recalled to Radio Barcelona: “I keep three framed photos. One, the one with the 100,000 handkerchiefs on the field, and next to it two more: the letter that Madrid sent me declaring me ‘non grato’. Florentino tells me I’m a b****rd for having it framed. And a third, when Espanyol declared me ‘non grato’.
“I have much more mania for Madrid than for Espanyol, for which I have none.
“I want Espanyol to go up to the Primera Division, but I want Real Madrid to go down to the Segunda Division.”
