Watching Barcelona? Real Madrid defender Nacho ready for El Clasico after ban reduced

Real Madrid captain Nacho has seen his suspension reduced.

Nacho was sent off in victory over Girona for an ugly tackle on Portu which sent the player to hospital.

The defender received a three-match ban, with Real president Florentino Perez calling Portu personally to apologise.

However, Cadena Cope reports the Appeals Committee has now reduced the suspension to two games.

The Lose Merengue defender will therefore be able to play in the El Clasico against Barcelona on October 28.

Nacho will miss the upcoming games against Osasuna and Sevilla.
