Neymar is a step away from leaving PSG for Al-Hilal.
L’Equipe is reporting an offer of €60m rising to €100m has been accepted by PSG.
Neymar has also settled on personal terms with Al-Hilal over a two-year contract worth a total of €160m.
Al-Hilal moved for the Brazil international after failing with offers for Leo Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
Neymar has been prepared to leave PSG this summer and has also been in talks about a return to former club Barcelona..
He left Barca in 2017 for a world record €220m transfer fee.
