Barcelona president Joan Laporta has declared he wants to buy Bernardo Silva immediately from Barcelona.
Paris Saint-Germain have pushed hard to sign Silva this summer. At the same time, the player has received a lucrative offer from Saudis, Al-Hilal.
But Mundo Deportivo reports Silva would prefer to go to Barcelona this summer. He has long been on their radar, but the club’s financial situation has made it difficult to bring about a transfer.
Now Barcelona president Laporta confirms that Silva is a target this summer.
“I would like to do it (recruit him) now,” he said on Monday.
But for Barcelona to have an opportunity to sign Silva, they first need to sell players.
