Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has held a second meeting with Julian Nagelsmann.
The former Bayern Munich boss is wanted by ADL as Napoli‘s new coach as Luciano Spalletti steps down at the end of this season.
Nagelsmann is keen on the move, but Napoli‘s contract offer falls well short of expectations.
TMW says the two parties are too far apart at the moment to reach a compromise.
ADL has also met with former Barcelona and Spain coach Luis Enrique, but was been met with a similar response when talking terms.
