Barcelona midfielder Pedri says he’s proud to be a LaLiga title winner – though admits he wants to do better in Europe.
Barca were eliminated at the group phase of the Champions League and also lost their Europa League playoff against Manchester United.
Pedri told Marca: “It has been one of the greatest joys of my life. It is the first great title that I achieved with Barça, with the team of my life, and the award for the work of the entire season. The celebrations in the streets and in the stadium, together with our fans, have been incredible.
“I hope that in the coming years we can repeat and many more titles of this importance come, because Barça has to fight again for everything.
“The last few years have not gone well in Europe, sometimes also due to a bit of bad luck, but we have a young and growing team that will surely bring joy to Europe soon. As I said, it’s only worth fighting for everything.”
