Former Valencia and Algeria striker Rabah Madjer has urged Mohamed Salah to leave Liverpool.
Madjer says Salah still has time to make a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
He told Al Ain: “Salah is a great player. Liverpool are a very big team that helped him discover his talent, which Chelsea failed to do.
“The extension of his contract was a wonderful recognition of what he has achieved at Anfield, but personally I would like to see Salah in the shirt of one of the giants of Spanish football – Barcelona or Real Madrid.
“This will give a new impetus to his career.”
