Wolves winger Adama Traore reveals LaLiga return plans

Wolves winger Adama Traore has admitted he wants to join a Spanish club.

The attacker scored his first goal for Wolves since January, netting on Tuesday in a 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace.

Traore, who was on loan at Barcelona during the second half of last season, has struggled at Wolves in recent years.

The Spain international, 26, has eight months remaining on his contract.

When asked by AS if he fancies a return to Spain, Traore said: “Yes of course. Spain is the country that I love and where I was born.

“It is very clear, but everything in its time.

“I returned to Barcelona for a few months because it is a decision I made, I had other options but I went back there and helped and I will surely return. I don’t know where, but I’m sure I’ll be back one day.

“Right now I am focused on the season and continue to grow.”
