Barcelona are closing on a deal for Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio.
Off contract in June, Asensio will be free to negotiate pre-contract terms with interested foreign clubs from January 1.
However, RAC1 says Barca may’ve beaten all rivals to the punch.
It’s stated today that Asensio has agreed a four-year pre-contract with Barca, though nothing has been signed.
For the moment, however, Asensio is set to leave Real Madrid for Barca next summer, despite interest also arriving from Juventus and AC Milan.
