Trincao pressuring Barcelona for Sporting CP move after Wolves loan

Portuguese youngster Francisco Trincao wants to return to his home country this summer.

The Barcelona attacker is not in the plans of head coach Xavi Hernandez.

Trincao had a mixed spell on loan at Wolves in the Premier League last term.

According to Sport in Spain, Trincao will not be purchased by Wolves, even though they had a buy option within the loan agreement with Barca.

The Portugal international is hoping to earn a move to Sporting CP, however, they may be unable to offer the transfer fee Barcelona are seeking.

Trincao may have to settle for another loan spell next season, if a permanent exit cannot be agreed.
