Sevilla defender Jules Kounde has set his sights on a move to English Premier League giants Chelsea.
The French centre-back is being linked to Barcelona.
However, a report in Tuttomercato suggests that despite Barca wanting to secure the defender, he is not interested in the move.
Chelsea attempted to secure Kounde last summer, but were unable to agree on a fee with Sevilla.
There is now hope that an offer of €55 million plus bonuses would be enough to secure Kounde in the coming summer window.
Thomas Tuchel could be without three defenders this summer if contract negotiations continue to stall.
Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta are all entering the final few months of their respective contracts.
