Man City attacker Sterling loses his Spanish language coach

Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling has lost his Spanish language coach.

Sterling has been consistently linked with a move abroad in recent years and his efforts to converse in another language give perhaps the biggest indication of a transfer yet.

The Athletic reports Ferran Torres, who has now departed City for Barcelona, set up a ‘language programme’ with Sterling where they would communicate in both Spanish and English.

Torres has just completed his transfer to the Nou Camp after signing for City in the summer of 2020.

He was helped settle in at City through his chats with Sterling but conversations in the 21-year-old’s native language could also hint at another exit.
