Barcelona‘s medical staff are being internally questioned over the team’s injury problems.
Reports have surfaced in the last few days that there has been tension between the playing squad and the physiotherapists at the club concerning the number of crocked players in the side.
Esport 3 says many players have claimed the club’s physios are one of the reasons why their injury list has been so long this campaign.
It has been reported that there have been heated moments between players and the physiotherapy staff, with some fiery arguments breaking out as well as some tension with previous coach Ronald Koeman‘s technical team and club medics.
New head coach Xavi Hernandez has already discussed this issue with director of football Mateu Alemany.
Ricard Pruna, who was the head of the club’s medical team for many years, is set to return to the club.
