Garcia was unveiled as Barca’s latest signing on Tuesday, with the deal to be formalised once his contract at City expires at the end of June.
Speaking to the local media, Garcia discussed his hopes upon returning to his formative club and why he decided to make the break from City at this stage in his career.
The young defender also discussed comparisons with Gerard Pique and insists he’s simply happy to learn playing alongside the veteran.
